Jeroen Dirckx (KCAP Rotterdam)

City planner working for KCAP studio since 2005. He is in charge of urban planning projects, co-operates in mixed urban development projects, embankment projects, transportation hubs and development of brownfields. Currently he is involved in the reconstruction of the area of the World Expo 1958 in Atomium in Brussels.

RNDr. Tomáš Hudeček Ph.D. (City of Prague)

Deputy Mayor of Prague (Party TOP 09), university lecturer. Since 2003 he works at Faculty of Science at Charles University as researcher and lecturer at Department of Applied Geoinformatics and Cartography. In August 2009 he joined TOP 09 party where he currently holds the post of Vice-Chairman in Prague Regional Organization. In 2010 he was elected as a member of Prague City Assembly. Since November 2011 he has been first Deputy Mayor of Prague.

M. Arch. Ingrid Konrad (City of Bratislava)

Head architect in city of Bratislava, senior supervisor for the area of architecture and city planning. Since 1991 she has her own engineering studio, she also lectured at the Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Technical University of Vienna.

M. Arch. Milan Körner Ph. D. (AURS Praha)

Architect and city planner. Co-owner and general manager at AURS, s.r.o. He specializes in urban planning of large areas, mainly in the Central Bohemia region (Prague region ….).

Architect and city planner, professor at Czech Technical University, Prague. Currently, he acts as Vice-Dean for International Affairs at CTU´s Faculty of Architecture.

Assistant Professor at the Department of Urbanism of the Faculty of Architecture, University of Technology.

RNDr. Luděk Niedermayer (Deloitte Czech Republic)

Head of Financial Institutions Consulting division at Deloitte. For many years he worked for the Czech National Bank where he was also Vice-Governor. During his banking career he focused mainly on market regulation, currently also on stabilization and crisis management. His theoretical knowledge and practical experience is reflected in his extensive publishing work.

Dieter Polkowski (BSU Hamburk)

Dieter Polkowski is an architect and city planner, he focuses on social environment and affordable living. He works as a project manager at the Office of Urban Development and Environment of the city of Hamburg. He is one of designers of the new HafenCity.

Dr. Roberto Rocco (Delft University of Technology)

Assistant Professor at Department of Urbanism and Strategy, Faculty of Architecture, Delft University of Technology. He also worked as Visiting Researcher at University of Hertfordshire (Great Britain).

M. Arch. Michal Šourek (MS architekti s.r.o.)

Architect who runs his own architectural studio – MS architekti. In addition to his architectural work, he also focuses on real estate market and property development. His is the publisher of online professional magazine Stavební fórum. Since 2008 he has worked externally as head of studio work as head of studio work for Architecture and Building Engineering study programme at Faculty of Civil Engineering at Czech Technical University, Prague.

Kristian Villadsen (Gehl Architects Copenhagen)

Architect working for Gehl Architects since 2005. He is responsbile for Gehl Architects operations in China. He also lectures at the University of Copenhagen (KUA).
